In-home assessment and treatment by Professinal Services Providers

Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Social Work Services are paid by OHIP if referred by the Central East CCAC or another CCAC.

If Private third party billing, (MVA, WSIB or other) fees for service are:

• Physiotherapy Assessment plus report: $75.00 per hour
• Physiotherapy Treatment: $75.00 per visit (1 hour)
• Occupational Therapy Assessment plus report: $75.00 per hour
• Occupational Therapy Treatment/follow-up: $95.00 per visit (1 hr. 30 min.)
• Social Work Assessment plus report: $75.00 per hour
• Social Work Counselling: $100.00 per visit (1 hr. 45 min.)
• Massage Therapy in-home: $70.00 per hour

Travel fees: dependent on distance from Service Provider‘s office.

Assisted devices program for funding for mobility aids (wheelchair, scooter, power mobility, walkers)

ADP application for funding: telephone to inquire regarding fees.

• Rollator walkers: 1-2 hour assessment by PT or OT
• Wheelchairs: 1-2 hour assessment by OT—May take two home visits
• Scooters: 1-2 hour assessment by OT—May take two to three home visits
• Power Wheelchairs: 1-2 hour assessment by OT—May take two to three home visits
